Membership
Who is eligible for membership?
All NCI-designated cancer centers or centers currently receiving NCI research funding are encouraged to join. NACCDO membership is for the institution; member benefits are available to all cancer development staff.
Can I join as an individual?
All NACCDO memberships are organizational; there are no individual memberships. If your institution or organization is a member, you are considered a member and welcome to participate in all NACCDO membership activities and take advantage of member benefits.
What is the cost of membership?
NACCDO institutes a membership dues scale based on the three-year average of annual amount raised. If you need help determining your dues tier, you can reach out to us at info@naccdo.org.
Access and Help

I need help resetting my password to access Affinity Groups
If you have previously signed up for a group in Mobilize and can’t remember your Username and Password (which is yours alone), you would need to click “send the Magic Link” to access. If you have not signed up for an Affinity Group, you can do so by accessing the links on the Affinity Groups page on the Members Only side of the NACCDO.org website.
Conference
Where and when is next year’s conference?
The 2027 conference will be April 11-14 in Indianapolis, IN at Indiana University, Melvin and Bren Simon Comprehensive Cancer Center. Find more details on our Conference page.
How can I present at the conference?
NACCDO members and leaders of the host site present at the conference. A Call for Presentations is distributed to members in the summer or early fall. If you are a member and are interested in presenting, please contact info@naccdo.org.
Can non-members attend the conference?
Yes, non-members can attend the conference.
How can I sponsor this year’s conference?
2027 sponsorship packages, subject to availability, range from $3,000 to $50,000. All options include a minimum of one complimentary registration. You can learn more about sponsorship opportunities here.
